PRIMUS WMS

Every movement in the warehouse — under control

PRIMUS WMS is a warehouse management system that links goods, orders and employees’ actions into a single workflow. It helps organise operations, keep information about item locations and stock levels, and see the results of completed tasks.

An employee receives a task and confirms the action on the spot. A manager sees how the work is progressing. The business gets a system that can evolve as processes and workload change.

Receiving and recording discrepancies, put-away, movement, replenishment, picking and preparation for shipping. The sequence of operations and working rules are defined according to the agreed processes.

On a mobile data terminal, the employee receives a task, scans the item or storage location and confirms the completed operation. Information about each action becomes part of the shared record of warehouse work.

Before implementation, we determine where master data and orders come from, where operation results are sent and what data process participants need. We align how PRIMUS WMS interacts with the accounting system and equipment.

Specific scenarios, the set of integrations and how they are implemented are worked out within the project. The technical architecture should support the agreed working logic and its further development.

Implementation stages

  1. Goals and requirements

We define processes, priorities and the expected result.

  2. Design and configuration

We prepare the solution and the agreed data exchange.

  3. Testing and launch

We test scenarios and agree on the switch to live operation.

  4. Support and development

We support the system under the agreed terms.

Equipment for warehouse operations

We will help select mobile data terminals, barcode scanners and label printers to suit your processes, working conditions and budget. We arrange delivery ourselves or together with a specialised partner, and agree on compatibility with PRIMUS WMS and the necessary settings.

If you already have equipment, we will start by checking whether it can be used.

  • Mobile data terminals

Receiving tasks and confirming operations in the warehouse.

  • Scanners

Reading codes of items, packages and storage locations.

  • Label printers
